Salon Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you cancel an appointment more than 72 hours before, you will not be charged.

If you cancel an appointment less than 72 hours before, you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment.

All no shows will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

Clients will only be able to re book an appointment once the fee has been paid.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

We strive to create and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all clients and care about the safety of your little ones. Only children under the age of 18 months are allowed in the salon unless attending an appointment themselves.
